Felpro Marine Head Gasket 17059

I've read on here how some like using the 17059 marine head gaskets. Just curious if anyone has successfully ran them with 13-1+ compression ratio with aluminum heads? Was going to run 1009s but cursed with the fire ring hanging over the cylinder a bit on my 4.375 bores. I have a set of felpro 1105s on the shelf but looks like it will cut comp ratio by about a half point with their 4.590 bores and .051 thickness. Thanks

I run them on my 12.5 to 1 alum head motor. work great

That's what I ran on the old motor.

I run them on my 440 with 12.5.Has Stealth heads and the 09s hung over.Mine have been on 4 or 5 years.Street driven and no problems.The cheaper FelPros didnt over hang.But I didnt feel comfortable with them.So my machinist ordered the marines.Ill get another set if and when I replace them.Rocky

I ran them on my SB for about 8 passes before they let go but I was at 14-1 I them put on a set of cometics and never looked back.
