Lower pulley bolts

I am at work and want to pick up bolts on my way home tonight. I am running March Pulley and a ATI balancer and need to know what size bolts I need to bolt them together. Hopefully someone can help me.

5/16 -18 (uss) (course),I usually get Allen head..2" long and cut em ,saves me trip back when they r to short...I also have crank trigger wheel to figure in. (watch the shoulder length on 2") maybe 1 1/2 is better 4 u....
