ported alum stage 4 (I think they were.. was one of
the first alum heads)... started out as a 4 speed
rock crusher then I changed to a auto... was a high

Nice looking ride... looks super straight.. and its black
which shows everything my car was black once
but as a race car it was way too hot inside so I painted

Credit for outstanding body and paint goes to Korek Design in PA. I can't say enough about the service, price and going the extra mile. The pick-up and delivery to Ct. was nice too.
Black does show everything, but it came out so nice, it's worth the effort.

Original plan was to spray it, but we've decided to run it N/A, so the numbers are a little light, as it's far from a max N/A build.
894hp @8200 and 657tq.
Car weighed 2620 with a 200# driver and 5 gallons in the cell.
Between the family business and my Dad getting very sick last year, we were unable to sort it out at ATCO as planned, but it feels good on the Rt.25 connector near my house.

....the latest chapter was in prep for march meet 2012 our W5 scattered at Speedworld on the 2nd pass after swapping heads...long story. Ended up selling most of our W5 stuff waiting for the "new" Ebrock super victors. Could only hold our breath so long and we decided to pull our old tried and true 360 out of mothballs and go have some fun. Picked up the engine in Wyoming back in December. Had the car caged and treated to a tube K and coil overs at Comp Chassis. Life got put on major hold as we found another house we liked and the ball started rolling on that deal. Sold the old home, moved, and have been fixing upgrading things since. The car sits.. Oh yeàh.., called Brett, purchased the W8's he had for sale, and have been collecting parts for that since. Chances are that the ole 360 won't make it between the fender wells before the W8 is ready. Brett doesn't like his stuff sitting on shelves and I feel guilt it's not running. Time and $$ will tell... Here she is in her new home.

Combo is a 400 block based 512 with aluminum caps and a girdle. compression is 13.4 - 1 with a small roller cam from Scott Brown. Heads are a set of Modern Cylinder Heads ported Indy SR's. intake is from indy, Harland Sharp 1.5 rockers. Hooker fenderwell headers and 3.5" flowmaster exhaust that exited in front of the rear tires.
1:80 gear powerglide with a ptc 5600 stall converter.
Round tube rear chassis with a 4 link and a Fab 9 inch rear end. Front frame rails are stock. Still retains stock fire wall and factory floor boards and trans tunnel. It still has the factory dash. 4.56 rear gears and a 16" x 32" slick
Front end is a rack and pinion set up that I built myself. Car is all steel with the exception of the bumpers hood and trunk. Car still has all of the factor glass in it and weighed 3080 lbs with my big butt in it at the last national event I was at.
I have some new stuff that will be installed for this season. it should go a little better but knowing my luck I will slow it down.

They are just Jegs Wld knock offs that have been powdercoated black. I was talked into doing the black powdercoating by a former friend who owned a powdercoating shop. I haven't really liked them from day one, if they were still polished I wouldnt even be thinking about getting rid of them.

Chances are that the ole 360 won't make it between the fender wells before the W8 is ready. Brett doesn't like his stuff sitting on shelves and I feel guilt it's not running. Time and $$ will tell... Here she is in her new home.
Oh ok, gotcha....I was afraid it was a bit more depressing story. I can sympathize on the house thing, I am looking for one as we speak, as my swinger 340 sits at my Dad's garage....I hate to start anything on it and have to move it disassembled. Good luck, I love the car, and it sounds like it will be a killer when you get it going again....

Yea, They are Holeshot HoleStars....
That is what are on the D-50 on the back in this picture.Last week I changed the 6 lug front to 5 and put them on the front.It looks alot better.I have no pictures yet.

Sold it turn key. The kid pulled the motor & put it his buddies dirt car. (blew it up) A few years later the roof was cut off to get the cage out for his Pro Street Car.....

It's no longer a leaf spring car, in the process of finishing up the ladder bar install. Narrowing the rear and dropping it down. Hopefully I can get it to the track again soon.
