Who's the guy/business that sells the Hemi rocker stands that the top half is split so the shafts can be installed without pushing them through the holes?

RAS made some of them so you could change the center of the shafts to get the ratio on the rocker correct but I don't think they got beyond the research and development stage

Indy sells a set like this also but the the way they split them makes it so one can correct geometry the correct way .
They aren't cheap though.
