I have a built 440-6 BBL with 727, a Turbo Action valve body and Turbo Action street strip converter. At what rpm can I expect it to shift if I run it and just leave it in drive? My peak HP is at 5600 on the dyno.

I tried it in drive the first run and the plugs were so fouled that I really did not find out how it shifted. I changed plugs and ended up just shifting the column shift manually and it wasn't too scary! I was worried about mis-shifting...
The shift points are determined by the governor weights used. You can change the shift points a little by adjusting the throttle pressure linkage,but a big change usually requires a different governor

Without knowing the actual throtte pressures at WOT who knows what RPM it will shift at 
I use to shift my pump gas 518 C.I. low deck stroker motor with the six pak on it at or above 7000 RPM because that car ran faster than shifting it at or around 5000 to 6000 RPM 
My motor made peak HP at 5600 when it had ported iron 906 heads on it and it made peak HP at 5800 RPM with the CNC ported Eddy RPM heads on it
