Who all is going to MMW at INDY next week? We are leaving MN Wed morning. Not bringing my car, so I'll have plenty of time to walk around again.

Can't make it. Money is tight after BIR trying to patch things up. Cracked a head on the 64 then broke a timing chain on the blown 71 Duster 6 banger. Put a bandaid on the 64 and ran it up at the Duluth legal street drags last weekend with our BB 73 Dart. The well known blown 71 Duster 6 banger ended up with a cracked head after testing with the new timing chain set. My truck has a fuel issue problem. Dumping $$$ into getting our car's and truck back up ane running ruined any chance of going to Indy. Hope you all fun out there cause MMW has always been a blast for all the years we attended.

Still not back into racing, but plan to come up Sat. just to watch and see some old friends/meet some new ones. Hope we can avoid the rain we had last year! Even so, last year's event was a very pleasant surprise, even awesome for a first-time event, and I wish Josh & company nothing but success in taking over the Nats as the Midwest's premier event!

I had planned on making the trip, but the little green machine became ill a couple weeks ago. It had a rupture in #8 cylinder. Seems the locs on the intake valve decided to let the valve free fall into the piston a few times. The head is being welded up and machined to repair the damage. It might be Spring before I get everything sorted out and back together. Also, something went wrong in the transmission at the same time,,SO,,

Our cars are apart , but, Sled City will be there in the swap area with some OEM 3507 Max Wedge carbs, fiberglass, and some other important stuff out of the warehouse that you can't live without.

Honestly all the hotels a full but if you use Priceline and look near Indy airport you can stay in nice hotels close to the track for 60-80 dollars. Wingate Radisson and others

I will be driving the Meyer Family Racing/A&A Transmission/Kahlo Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram '64 Belvedere in Nostalgia Super Stock and No-Box.

After 3 years off, I am SO looking forward to Monster Mopar! Can't wait to re-connect with old friends and rivals! I'll be staying at my Bro's house, 15 minutes from the track, on Friday, and probably in the mobile hotel/toybox at the track on Saturday.

I have to leave for a bit on Saturday AM for my boy's ATV race - hope I don't miss 1st round of the free no-box race!

We are local to that area, stop by if you need anything.

They are saying chance of rain tomorrow afternoon and early Saturday, then cooler temps. Been to Indy many times when it was 70 in Cincinnati and 55 in Indy.
