Are yiou saying the hat was loose from the rotor?
Loose fit to the axle?
A gap between the rotor and brake pads?
Lugnuts tight?
i think the hat is loose from the rotor. but not sure. dont want to mess with it unless i have to. im thinking ill check the bolts conecting the had and rotor and make sure they are torqued corectly. just wondering if this has happend to anybody else so i know what im looking for

My Wilwoods are prehistoric. The hats have never come loose.
Safety wired and Locktited. Though I doubt at the temps rotors run at if the locktite does much.

no safety wire, i think i will atleast do that.

What is the p/n on the double caliper rears? Also will a 15" dia rim fit or are you stuck with a 16"?
