what winch for race car trailer

what do you use? wanting something a little faster and better than harbor freight junk. what do you use and how fast is line speed?

Just bought a Warn 3700, and I really like it. My last winch was Harbor freight 2500...It was ok, but the Warn is super smooth, the line doesn't coil back up when you real it out, and they have a remote control you add to it...

i bought a 3500 pound winch at harbor frieght. 125.00 works great. pulls in and out fast.pay the 20.00 for 2 year warranty. ive used it for a year and had no problems.

I use a milemarker 4500 comes with a 20 ft remote. Works real good, pulled my car up hill in to the trailer once when it broke down on the street. Line speed is fast with out the car.

I use the cheapo Harbor Freight ones... have for years...
why spend big bucks when you might use it a couple times
a year... I used the cheapo every time due to pulling
the car in backwards... and it was fairly decent speed

I just purchased and installed a 4500 superwinch that I got from Amazon. It has 55' of 1/4" cable for $209. I check Amazon before any purchases now. Good Luck. Ken

I like and use the 4500 Superwinches also, great product, works forever I have used the Superwinch 2500 and 3500, the 4500 are the better choice IMO You never know when a freind or relative is going to ask you to pull thier big (7400+ lbs.) four wheel drive SUV in your trailer
