Ok. looking for some pics of some valaes and aspens drags cars. Have always thought they would make a super sweet street ride or race car
my son is looking for some idea's .

Mine is pretty mellow out of the hole with the 3.23 gears.

My streeter. I've had it 35 years. Wife and I had our 1st date in it,honeymoon in it,both boys came home in it when they were born. Runs 11.0 in street trim with a 340@3875.

This is mine. I bought it April 2000 with a tired 360/904 999 trans and 8 1/4 rear.
Ran 11.50's with the 360 & 10.70's with the 408/904 4.30 8 3/4 with 9x30 Hoosier radial slicks

Yeah,George's car is now owned by Jim Wahl in Florida.

When I owned my NAPA auto store parts we used my Aspen and Volare delivery wagons as loners for friends that didn't have something to race at the Mopars at E-town back in the 90's

I built this thing thirteen years ago for $5800, including the purchase price. I've used up one converter (my fault) and one ring and pinion (no more dry hops in the driveway for the neighborhood kids). Ran its best ever Nov 2011. F bodys make great racecars. Good luck and hit us up here or the "FMJ Only" site for help.

right now i got a 362'' x block, 3.46 stroke, 4.080 bore, w2 heads, 630 roller cam, BME alunimun rods, 13.1 comp, tunnel ram with 2-650 holleys. on the dyno made 560 hp at 7500 rpm and 460 ft lbs at 5400 rpm.

best ET i got is 11.54 @ 119 mph @ 3800 lbs race weight.

Hokie Smokie Joe! That thing is a race engine! I thought you had a pump gas deal in that rig. That's moving good for the heavy car regardless though! Maybe this season we can meet up at Med Hat race track, or SIR. In fact, right now I am bored out of my tree driving to Sask-at-cha-toon right now.
