does it matter which way it's installed. Pointing forward or back. Is one better than the other. Thks Danny

Doesnt matter... I have the single point on the diff

hey dan, the wide spacing or the wide part of the y should be towards the front of the car.the rear could still swing in a arc if you put the single attaching point to the front.

if you have a steel housing like a 8-3/4 or a 9 inch I would mount a the singe side to the rear houseing . If you run a cast houseing like a dana or a 12 bolt GM . I would weld the singe to the Chassi.
