The elusive D/W series 26x21 440 ac rad - 04/19/24 02:46 AM

Anyone find a good aftermarket aluminum version of this rad? Rock Auto has one listed but googling the brand they sell comes up with some not so great reviews.

I would check to see what Champion Radiators has available. I've had a few Champion radiators and have had good luck with all of them.

Checked theirs. Everything but the 21" And connections are incorrect.

I'm sure they would alter the location of the radiator hoses if the shorter height could be used, if you contacted them directly instead of using their generic on line reference. May be a slightly higher price.

Yeah Griffin doesn't have one either. I need more cooling which is why I want an aluminum rad, so no interest in switching to a shorter 18" rad.
The truck has a 505 in it that made 549 hp, AC will be used and the truck is on 37's so I want to get as much cooling into as I can.
A rad shop measured the tanks and said they can't add any more core thickness than what I have, I may end up buying a buy an LS Swap style rad for it.

LS stye or custom built may be your only options. There used to be a company that made custom radiators in brass style, but for the life of me I cannot remember their name.
