9.25 posi carrier question

Do 9 1/4 diffs have different carriers depending on gear ratio, that is, ring gear thickness ?
Like Dana 60's ?
Or like Ford 9", just one carrier ?

Iirc pretty much all the same except for one oddball to go with a super long ratio from the 70s.

There's some differences in side gears to match a different C clip in the mid 80s.

The 2.45 ratio is the odd one.
