78 grill in a 74

Is it a bolt in direct fit with no modifications?

not a direct bolt in, you will need the lower valance that goes below the grill.

Not sure if the head lights will line up or not,

I put a 76 Grill in a 80 truck and had to move head light buckets.

It can be done.

Not sure if the head lights will line up or not, Also correct if my memory is right. I tried for a '76 grille in my '78 and they didn't match up.
