I'll never understand the attraction of lifting a 2 WD truck, but having said that no one I know makes a lift kit for them. You could put the early 90's diesel 1 ton springs in it though. That should give you a good inch and a half.

I don't want to lift it much just enough to put some decent wheels on it.

I understand the desire to level the front with rear if that's what o/p is doing. Some of them look way too raked IMO.
