2017 Ram 1500 bearing

Who has a Timken carrier bearing # for a 2017 ram 1500?
Want to put a posi in and need new bearings.
They want 150.00 per bearing at the dealership CAN.
Keep in mind that this is a ZF rear they came out in 2011
Mopar # is 683402501AA.

So after talking to Randy's ring and pinion the carrier bearings are the same as the earlier ones.
Timken JLM 704649 bearing and JLM 704610 race
They only went to metric bolts and a different pinion.
