Front shackle bushing

Front shackle bushing - 10/03/20 02:49 PM

We powder coated my sons Ramcharger frame. Now we are having a hard time locating the shackle bushing for the rear of the front leaf spring. Any ideas here? Looking for a stock replacement type part. Trying to stay away from polyurethane universal type stuff if possible.

Browsing on RCC a bit it seems that they use the same bushing as the leaf spring eye.

They mention the discontinued mopar part no. is 2953700 and the NAPA replacement is 2746474

Although many recommend the heavy duty replacement from a member over there.

I used those front shackle kit myself and couldn't be happier.

I also used his his rear hangers which allowed me to use a 56" long spring from a 1 ton 1989 Diesel Suburban (two stage springs), completely removing the rear block and the truck is sitting nice now.
