4wheel drive and supercharging?

Will the standard 4 wheel setup in a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7 hemi handle the 150hp boost of a procharger? I believe it uses the Quadra-Drive II. Thanks

i would guess not----- the chrysler 300 ran an all wheel drive behind the 5.7-------when the hemi grew larger---the all wheel was history---RWD only...you might check to see which transfer case is used under the new HOT cherokees though...

The cars used a different transfer case than the trucks. Try checking the tag on the transfer case for the model # then google the torque rating.

I imagine you ill be OK, lots of people pushing stock stuff way past its limits. Will it shorten the life of it? Probably. Will it explode the first time you hammer it? No(I mean probably not, but I guess it could lol).
