2002 Durango 4x4 Torque Specs

In the process of installing upper and lower ball joints on my 2002 Durango 4x4. I searched google but cannot come up with definitive torque specs for upper ball joint mounting nuts and bolts (3). Upper ball joint castle nut, Lower ball joint castle nut, outer tie rod nut and the spindle nut. Hoping someone here could help me out. Thanks in advance.

AS per dealerconnect ;Install the ball joint into the steering knuckle and tighten the ball joint nut to 183 N·m (135 ft. lbs.)
Install the upper ball joint nut. Tighten to 81 N·m (60 ft. lbs.).
