new engine/color change on 85 starting Jan 2018 got the bed left to paint and running good. replaced doors & weather striping, replaced all the Jesus clips and bolts on front clip.

got a new reman engine, popped in a stock roller cam added a q-jet/holley street dominator intake (thanks! 340shorty- RIP)

here is the 82 ironhead sportster Ace gave me for my birthday back in 2015. got it running then got a rod knock last February.

all new engine/trans bearings & bushings, wiesco forged .030 pistons/new cyls/S&S rods-balanced and blue printed, 85 heads with VJ & some porting.

fresh paint on all the tins.

got it broke-in and 1200 miles on it now.

I traded it for a 98 5.9 Grand Cherokee SE 4x4. wrecked it and insure paid 2500$

put that $ into the sportster in 2015 and rode it about 3 yrs. got a rod knock and now its rebuilt/painted 2019.

what I like about the 82 ironhead is - simple to work on & it is a HEMI combustion chamber head.

yes, yellow 440 truck getting some TLC after 9 yrs to keep on top of the rust.

new 318/727 in the 85 stepside and changed its color from dark green to the 2013 dodge dart r/t 'citrus peel pearl'

No junk there! I've had the pleasure of seeing the '85 stepside, and that's one cool looking and sounding truck! Real clean job under hood.

If your asking about my truck, the front is #1850 and the rear is #1650. Total of #3320. Cross weight 49.5%.

Cool. How quick is she?

With only 6 runs so far it has gone 11.30s, with a 1.52 60ft. Will see how fast it go this year.
