Rear tank - 05/19/18 02:49 AM
I just added a rear tank to my 73 clubcab. My question is: has anyone else done this to a truck that didn't have it, and where did you locate the fuel filler inlet? I'm not going to run a rear bumper, so that is one location I can explore. Looking for ideas. Thanks so much. ps., I bought a black tshirt on Facebook with pic of an orange 73 today. Can't wait until it comes. My truck is orange.

Did a similar thing with a early Mustang tank. We fabbed a filler door in the bed. Pics here:

I did this to a '76 Club Cab I had.I ran the filler up into the bed. For what I had, I was more interested in function than looks, so it was kinda crude, but, I had it far enough over that the working part of the bed floor was still usable.
