68 D100 fuel sending unit with return line

Does anyone know if 3/8" sending units with return lines are available for a 68 D100 with stock, behind the seat fuel tank?

I haven't heard of any available, I have had these trucks for decades and never heard of any.

Thanks & guess we'll just modify the original 5/16" pickup or just bite the bullet & install the in frame fuel cell I have.
