Well, made some more headway, got some of the interior taken care of, and about 2/3 of the decals on...Phoenix Graphics makes an awesome kit, but this kit is not for the faint of heart, real PIA.

That's awesome Sam! I know I was nervous laying out my LRE decals and when you push on the squeegee it's a done deal!

Its a chore for sure, and the bigger the decal, the harder it is to get those pesky air bubbles out of... but so far so good..

Looks very nice Sam. Simon and Simon would have put a huge front bumper on it (I know, I know. Theirs was a '79)!
I got hold of Legendary about the Parchment for my seats. They sent me some samples.

question Sam, this is a pic from the 1980 PW brochure. how come yours has the quad headlights and the brochure Macho has the twin round ones? Quads were an option? I know my 80 RC SE came standard with the quads. awesome truck!

It was optional with the quad headlight grille...

that's what I thought. always makes me think how funny it was Chrysler made something as simple as headlight style an option in 79-80 rather that just changing all Dodge trucks to the quads in 79. And I think of the Macho package as a higher end trim than an SE so it would seem it would of gotten the quads standard. Just pondering this stuff as we all do on these Mopars! Thanks! Once again, beautiful truck, brings me back to my high school days when these trucks were new.

Ok, windshield and slider are in.... next project is window motors for the power Windows...and installing new power door lock switches in doors to get power locks working again...

Plus, I need someone to make me a smiley working on this macho...have one of a PALOMINO....lol

Very nice build there. When it's done, you need a "formation" picture with the Macho surrounded by the Palominos!

More progress, power Windows and locks installed and functioning, along with new weatherstriping .... she can be washed now without worring about getting the inside wet...
