can it be done, has it been done? my Uncle has a '94 4x4 Dakots he wants to put a 440 in.

yep it has been done. shoehorns right in there.

Schumacher sells the mount kit for a 2wd, but I dont think they offer anything for a 4wd. You will have to get creative on a 4wd since the front axle mounts and motor mounts are hooked together. I just got through setting a 5.7 hemi in my 88 2wd Dak with a combination of schumacher motor mounts and perches and motor adapter plates from Street and Performance. Fits like a glove.

Yeah the 4x4 thing is going to really screw that up. The small engine is really tight under there let alone a big block.

Katfish had a BB in his(Boxy style). Somebody has a 383 in one on here asweell(Durango body style). Both 2wd though
