1998 Dodge Ram Left upper door hinge question

Help!!!

How do you get to the inside bolt on the left upper door hinge on a 1994-2001 Dodge Ram???

I'm swapping my rusted left door with a rust free one that I bought on here (Thanks Russ!!), & I need to know to get to the inside bolt on the left upper hinge (mine's screwed up!!)

been a while, but I think you remove the e-brake assembly and you can get to the bolt. 13 MM with a wobble extension
