The pitman arm is a non wear item. Your best bet is finding 1 in a junkyard or maybe someone here has a extra 1 laying around.

Does anyone have the factory part number for the Manual steering Pitman arm for an 87 D-100?

The first link is not correct as my friend's does not have a pivot on one end - it is on the centerlink. I am not sure about the second as he doesn't say if it is for power or manual steering - the way I understand it they are different??
