Bringing my warlock back to life part II - 04/03/14 01:57 AM
I had a post a few years back that I wanted to get my warlock back running but its bin a few years and its gone now. I've had this truck for over 20 years was my first car. I painted it 6 times soon to be 7. Its had at least 6 different engines that I remember big and small blocks sticks and auto's. Its bin around 12 years since it moved under its own power. I did have it running 3 years ago but had to finish my house. I wanted to just make it move again but it quickly escalated. The current engine is a ex Nascar Iroc serious 353 dry sump its got brodix heads and a x block lots of high tech stuff inside. It has a viper 6 speed. Rear is a 8 3/4 4.88's with ladder bars.

I thought about a steering box brace. The frame was actually cracked and welded by the box years ago after one of the times I crashed it. I cant make up my mind if I want to change the whole front suspension. I might end up with a whole late model clip with a rack.

That frame is looking good. I plan on doing mine before I try my hand at body/paint on my truck. I won't be pulling the cab though, probably just pull the bed and have to work my way around everything up front.
keep us posted on your progress

Here are some more pics. Ended up getting every thing sprayed. Really wish i had enough room to lay it all out and spray it at once maybe next time i'll have a bigger garage. My advice to anyone trying to paint there own stuff at home is get more lights. Everyware i had a dark spot in the garage i had trouble with runs or dry spots.
