I just bought a 92 B250 Conversion van with the 318 and 518/overdrive tranny with 55,000 original miles. I'd like to change the trans fluid. What type does it take? Can't I use the ATF +4 fluid? On the stick it says ATF +2 if I remember right.
Also, the stripes all over the van...are they painted on are are they like adhesive type pinstriping? I attempted to remove the ones on the roof with a heat gun and they seemed to be painted on and then cleared over. Any ideas?
