There is a Jeep Gladiator pickup sitting in a driveway a half mile from my house. Looks like it is being used to collect yard trash and then driven to the dump when full. What do you want to know?

I have a parking light lens if someone needs one. Leftover from my 1977 J10. Died in a collision in 2001.

I have a Dana 60-2 that I have had narrowed to fit my '87 D100. It came out of a '69 to '73 Jeep Gladiator. I have all the parts (new seals, 1310 companion flange and a shortend and re-splined Driver side axle) I just have to put it all together. But before I do all that, I need to find a good 518 to build to compensate for the 3.21 to 4.10 axle change. So the process is trans first, mount it, remove the 8.25 rear, mount the Dana, position it on new spring pads matching the original pinion angle, tack the pads in place, remove the Dana, finish weld the pads, assemble the rear end and install it and finally shorten the drive shaft to match. Of course, my wife is asking why do I want to do this when the truck runs so well as it is?? I don't really have a good answer for that! And I know you don't either, Larry. BTW I am too busy to take pictures for "show & tell"!
