97 Ram 1500 lowering shackles

I want to buy and install the 1"-2" lowering shackles on my 97 Ram 1500 2-WD (see attached photo). If I do the 2 inch drop will I need to shim my pinion angle, and if so how many degrees? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i wouldn't if it was my truck. never shimmed to correct pinion angle on anything ive lowered and have never had any problems.
Lowered 99 dakota, 03 ram 1500, 09 ram 1500, and 84 D.
