Polishing Dually Simulators?

What are you guys using to polish your dually simulators?

I'm trying to get my truck cleaned up as much as possible for a show on Father's Day weekend. The whole truck needs a good polishing/buffing anyway, so the show is a good excuse to dedicate some time to the truck.

I went at one of the rear simulators with "Never Dull" and I'm NOT impressed. I believe the simulators are OEM stainless steel (1992). They did get a little brighter, but they just look like they are full of hairline scratches. What to do... What to do?

Mods, feel free to move this to the question and answer section if you think it belongs there. I just thought it might get more action in the truck section.

I used several products on my '96, none made an appreciable difference. It didn't bother me too bad until the 2000's came out with their bright shiny simulators, so I joined up. PLASTIC chrome simulators. They don't fit the older wheels.

Use something from Mothers. I used the Mag Aluminum Cleaner on mine one time.

Hey Red, thanks for the tip. I used my Mother's Mag and Aluminum wheel polish that I use on my Welds and polished Centerlines. It worked GREAT! My simulators have never looked this good! That Never Dull stuff was a total waste of time.
