That reminds me of when we would take plastic gallon milk jugs, cut about half of it away and clamp one to each handle bar on our dirt bikes to keep the wind off our hands. Worked fairly well. Better than losing feeling in our hands and fingers. Helped in the brush, too. Getting cold fingers slapped by a branch made you wonder if you had just broken your fingers off.


Aaaahhhhhhh, the good old days....................

Try playing football when the ground is frozen and someone steps on your hand or it gets between two helmets.

I grew up in north Alabama and we got enough snow to play with every couple of years. Used the bread bags to keep our mittens dry.
