I could be wrong but I believe charger/challenger/300 production is done. Back in September is when the 2024's would have came out, and there are no 2024's. Last call was 2023. A commercial would be to just get rid of whats on the dealer lots IMO

That would leave just the Durango and the Hornet. I fear Dodge is about to go away forever. Both the Durango and possibly the Hornet could be rebranded as Ram.

New charger 2dr and 4dr, and new Durango and something called stealth are in the works, challenger is possible too. Dodge has the youngest buyers of any car company, you dont throw that away

Agree. It would be easy for Dodge to just crank out Hellcats without planning for the future, but they know that that is not a viable long-term strategy. They have to make further efficiency gains and position themselves for electrification..

Just be glad this is 2023 and not 1973.

In the works isn't on the sales lot though. Who knows what will happen. Too bad they didn't figure it out before they retired the current models.

I just remember all of those mini-pickup trucks of a few decades ago, so funny. Now it's rare that you find any of those little, puny pickups or even a full size 2-door pickup truck in America. All or most all are full size with 4-door mega cabs with a V8 or a big diesel.

Sergio has been one of the only foreign company managers to figure out the American market in came in and said we're going to put Dodge as our performance brand, Chrysler as our luxury brand and RAM our truck segment and JEEP as our specialty off-road sport utility or what SUV is supposed to be. When you think Dodge // you (at least I do) don't think of grocery getters or minivans anymore or inline 4's so it seems to me Sergio's market placement and plan has worked. Dodge will stay as the performance brand no matter what it takes. Even electrification if necessary puke

I just looked it up, they are still building them at Brampton through the end of this month (December), then its game over. Oddly enough every car built sept-dec 23 is technically a 2024 but will be called a 2023. Meanwhile the new Charger is being tooled up down in Windsor and will launch in 2024, so the gap isnt that bad. Brampton is likely running full steam to stuff inventory full of them so there is no gap at all.

Sergio was very smart, but he should not have separated the trucks. Alan Mulally was pretty smart with Ford too, look at the mess he walked into....

The video really makes one consider a Ford as the top dog has a grasp on what is required to run a company. I just wish he had promoted Mark to oversee the other spineless co-workers. i sat in way to many meetings and watched the exact same thing unfold, Yes I was the sometimes disliked individual as I always put the cards on the table as Mark did.

Really can't see where either of these offerings will keep a company a float. Haven't had a Mopar new vehicle in years because they don't have anything that works for me. Ram will stick around Jeep will stick around....Dodge and Chrylser will be done...my twocents

I'm sure we all love our old V8's but unless some other form of power comes along to keep our V8's we are stuck with electric. The EV market has a long way to go! Especially when they make them uglier than the the gas vehicles. IF Dodge doesn't change the look of the Charger Daytona EV it's not bad looking. Compared to the other EV's it will be the best looking one so far! And from what read it has to potential to match or beat a Hellcat. I'm not running to the dealership to buy one but for what it is it has some potential.
