Buckeye Lake Eagles Welcomes Mopar Nats - 08/07/23 07:47 PM

Guys, if you are coming for the Nats, the Buckeye Lake Eagles is about 5 minutes from the track, on the way to the Village of Buckeye Lake. Lots of safe, paved parking, great kitchen with a full menu (see specials below). Full bar, live music and low prices. Friendly people there, lots of seating and the Eagles give back to the community. They asked if I would post this invitation on Moparts. You don't need to be an Eagles member! I Hope you can make this part of your Nats weekend; you'll be glad you stopped by.

What happened to the guy who looked like a masked wrestler? Was it Captain Mopar? Like to see him at Buckeye Lake.

I haven't heard of any Captain Mopar sightings for over a year. He was banned from the track for aggressively putting his mitts on one of the ladies working the gate. Oh, the Captain Mopar stories I could tell...

I've been to your Eagles in Brookville. Nice folks, did they get the kitchen opened up? Last time I was there for a Stillers game they had no one to work it.

The last time I saw Captain Mopar was on Brice Road when that was still the place to be at night. It's been a long time.

He was on Hwy 79 in Heath some years back, maybe 10 years or more. laugh2

He was at a gas station in Heath the last time I saw him. Many years ago my friend had an old Army power wagon that we cruised Brice Road in. He rode in the bed with a bunch of us.
