Looking for My Fender tag

I see L&F build sheets and L&F engines and transmissions, but where do I ask about my lost fender tag?

I found mine laying in the back of the glove box. I know, not much help.

Sometimes they could end up being down inside the trunk extensions & quarter panel grand canyon.
