Remflex Fan Now

Was having issues with warped head pipe flange tabs and getting to seal to manifolds using standard gaskets with or without sealing rings.
Tried these and worked perfectly. Will see if they hold up or blow out over time.

They do certainly squish down.

I’m considering ordering a set for stock manifolds. I think mine are leaking at the head pipes. Never unused them before.

They work well but I only got a one time use out of them. They are pretty thick and they stuck to the headers when I removed them to pull the headers back off.

Just used a set on the exhaust flanges . . . they seal up great, and appear to be best for thinner flanges that are warped. Similar to thin flange headers that might be warped. . . . anyone I have talked to that used them, like them.

I can see that happening. Hopefully for me, will be on there a LONG time.
I do plan to keep a spare set on my shelf, in particular since you cant get them everywhere.

I had the hardest time getting my warped cheapo-headers to seal up. Once I put Reflex gaskets on no leaks. They work.

As mentioned the only downside is they are somewhat fragile. Be careful installing them, and once they are on don't try to take them off.

Yes, definitely good! I used them on my 408 with TTI headers and great crush and fit quality

I have used and had good luck with Rem-flex gaskets over the years. A few years back I needed some help with a hemi choke tube gasket for my 68 bee. The area where the choke tube set on the exhaust manifold had a dip in it from an old leak so a regular gasket was not working. I called them up and talked with someone there about having a batch made for that application, he asked if I could send them one of the regular gaskets I had, because they did not show one for that application so I did. He got back to me after he had received it and said they had some already made that were very similar in size, they were for a Toyota exhaust heat tube per there catalog. He asked me to try those to see if they would work for me i my application and to let him know back. He sent me several out and they did work out for me, so it turns out they didn't have to make new ones they could use an existing gasket for more applications. They sent me the ones I have he said as a thank you for letting them know that these would work in that application. So a win win for the both of us and a great company to deal with IMO.

great to know that sometimes looking at different applications can often come up with something that works !
i do that with my collection of master part catalogs i have accumulated over the years, and it's amazing what one can find "interchanges" with odd applications !
