I am not familiar with the Facebook post the OP is referencing, but some quick research reveals that:

DriveShare is a platform created by [or at least promoted by] Hagerty, which allows owners of unique cars to offer them for rent.
Depending on the owner's rules, renters may drive the car, may merely be chauffeured in the car, or simply have the car as a static display at their event.

Stu's car was offered as an Event Rental:
Plymouth for rent

He apparently signed up in June 2016:
Stu's profile page

Since no one ever took down the profile or the car, they remain on the site.

(and yes, John, I know I owe you a phone call...)
