Huh...there was one of them that kicked around the area I live for years. Always wonder where it ended up. Was Curious yellow, elastomeric bumpers, houndstooth interior, etc. Was a cool car.

Was last there in 2010. Last time I actually took a vacation. Although my kids liked the cars, they were 9 and 6 so my ability to linger and really look stuff over was a bit limited. What I thought was cool is he was always moving cars in and out. If you stuck around long enough, you would see one of them get fired up.

Been there a few times myself, and hate to see it close. Chances are, someone offered him stupid money for the property. There is also an awesome muscle car museum in Myrtle Beach, SC.....on Hwy 501 if anyone visits that area on vacation.

We went on Thursday and the gentleman at the counter said that the Chevy dealer next door had purchased the property. Possibly for a body shop and whatever else. Glad we got to see the collection one last time.

I went about 15 years ago. Really cool stuff. Best part was I got to talk with him for quite awhile. He rattled off some damn good business advice that day.
Sad to keep seeing these museums keep closing. Seems to be about one a month this year. New collection is being opened in Columbia Tn per latest MCG however. .
