Seems like every year about this time one shows up in yard?

We used to feed them and give them something to drink so I guess that's why they keep coming back They're out there sometimes until 4:00 am or around the clock if they are trying to get it all in before some bad weather comes in. Amazing machines and amazing farmers

I've ridden in those as a little kid several times. Very cool machines.

Now ya gotta post more pics of the various farm grain trucks sidling up to catch the flow of grain falling from the side boom.....

They've been shelling corn here for a few weeks, beans are just starting to turn. If you're traveling in rural areas keep an eye out for them on the road and give them plenty of space.

They've been pulling Sugar Beets for a couple weeks now around here. The amount of mud on the country roads can be a traffic hazard, especially with a light rain. Machines like this are why 1-2% of our population can feed the other 98% AND make agricultural products one of our biggest exports.

Nice combine. Now if only the farmer was allowed to fix it himself when it breaks without having to take it back to the dealer.

John Deere makes BIG money in the service department and they have been fighting "right to repair" tooth and nail...

Yup..this true, around here where I am, there have already been a couple accidents, with people not paying attention and getting into an accident with farm machines on the roads around here. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE! WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING !!
