2 Iowa shows 8/21/21-8/22/21

Mopar Max at Cedar Falls Motorsports Park Saturday and Sunday with car show,swap meet and racing and Mopars on the Mississippi on Sunday the 22nd!

I had planned on doing both as I have a client that needs a car taken to Waterloo, but he called today and it won't be ready, so I am only doing Mopes on the Missisloppy instead...

My family is doing the Mopars on the Miss.
Amy son in his 57 Dodge wagon with a modern hemi, my daughter with her 16 Jeep, and I'm bringing the 49 Dodge pickup on the Dakota 4x4 chassis.

I'll be at CF tomorrow. My friends are trying to talk me into the MotM show on my way home. Jury is still out on that.

I was at Cedar Falls today. I wanted to stay longer, we had other things going on today. Swap meet was kinda small. Good turn-out for show cars, and of course a very good turn-out for the race cars. Might go to Dubuque tomorrow, haven't decided yet.

Just got back to Buckingham. Car show had lots of cars. Racing was great.

Probably going to pass on tomorrow.

Nice to see you again Dennis! I had some tire kickers but like I told ya....Mopar guys are cheap!! It was sure fun seeing my racing friends again. It makes me miss the sport that much more!

Ted, you should put that thing back on the street. At least you would be able to drive and enjoy it again. Do you have any interior parts for it?

Darren..It's pretty well gutted. A 13.4-1 512 engine wouldn't be pump gas friendly. It would cost much more than it's worth to put it back on the street again.

Mopars on the Mississippi show was good. Old cars out numbered the new by a large margin.

Good deal! I was surprised at the number of new Challengers. As soon as the trophy presentation was over,most of the show cars left!

Swap meet was down but I still sold half of what I did last year...
