Customer with odd cell phone. Has to call me back

Customer with odd cell phone plan/feature. I have to call. It hangs up on me. Then he calls back and its another persons caller ID.

I've never run into that before.

That would make me skeptical...

Thats an overseas scam deal. Had it happen years ago, run far. Run fast.

Sounds like a scam or someone who doesn't want to pay for minutes and is purposely doing it to call you back on another phone to avoid charges.

if i get a call and don't recognize the number, it goes to answering machine. if the caller can't leave a message, then i can't talk to him...........

Best feature on new iphone if the number isn't in your contacts it doesn't even ring the phone and goes straight to voice mail. No message no call back and no having to look at the phone everytime it rings.

But then you miss the call from your uncle in Nigeria saying he needs to send you money!

Why don't you try calling the other number he's calling from ?!?!? Could be you're calling his cell and he's calling back from a landline to cut his cell costs - I do that all the time because I have a very basic plan with very little included airtime.

My cell is for my business but I still give the number out to pretty much anyone because I always have it with me. But I have a few friends who are chatterbox's and if I see their name or number pop up I don't answer but will call them back from out home landline. Have you asked the guy why he does that ?!?!?

I didn't ask. But after his address didn't show on Google Maps and his credit card didn't work lets say I'm "skeptical"
