local friend is interested in a car and wants eyes on it if possible before making the plunge to ck it in person before purchase

Do you mean State College, PA? I've never heard of College Station, PA and couldn't find it on Google

There is a College Station in Willow Grove PA - looks to be off campus housing (aka apartment) likely targeted at the nearby Penn State campus.

Nice ride. College Station and state college are like 6 hours apart. I think I will be in the Houtzdale area this coming up week. I PMd you
