Finding information about a vintage car by VIN number

I'm trying to find as much free information as possible on a vintage MOPAR ('67 - '72 car) by its VIN number, like a Carfax type report. Does anyone know how this can be done with older vehicles that have to non-standard 13 character VIN numbers?
