Yeah loose the other stuff but keep blower(not sure if its attached or a mock up with old 60s/70s blower)and the zoomies out the side change rims to crager like and paint it lime green!

Looks to be a non functioning blower like the shaker option. You can see the existing blower is still there.

Yes, it's a dummy blower (the blower belt is driven by... the idler pulley?) but hey, I have to give the guy credit for being different with a Challenger. It seems like 99.8% of all Challengers are left bone-stock boring. At least this get your attention...good or bad.

Agreed, it's a gutted roots blower on top of the original blower. But why would they use a rough looking old roots on a shiny new car?
