Why not give it a whirl yourself? I'm pretty sure I've seen kits on ebay that are cost effective enough to give it a go without breaking the bank. A shop would probable charge $200-$300, former coworker had a quote a few back to do a 16' boat- $1800. That was a single solid color too.

Flat surfaces are OK, but if there are compound curves, you need 2 people and you'll have to stretch & heat the material to deal with the contours.
I played with doing a hood wrap about 9 months ago, and only got about 80% of it right because it was like wrapping a big egg...
There's an outfit online called "Rvinyl" that has a bunch of really cool wraps, as little or as much material as you need.

Is the fridge finish smooth, or does it have that bumpy/rippley texture that some of them have?
