Virginia Dodge Dealers 1970 - Virginians Step inside!!

Was there a list of dodge dealers in Virginia around the Seven corners, Culpepper, Manassas area. I have an old photo of my car from the mid 80's (rear shot) but I cannot make out the nameplate. Supposedly the car was raced at Old Dominion around the late 70's early 80's. The car is a 1970 Super Bee FJ5 with a black painted roof. Any leads would be appreciated. Can anyone make out the dealer nameplate????

I believe it is. Where are those pics from? Timeline? Do you know the VIN to that car?

there are 60+ miles between Culpepper & Seven Corners and likely dozens of small town dealerships during the muscle car era

2 words ** first letter looks like an "A" can you scan or post a higher quality pic of just the dealer sticker section?

sorry, I don't have the VIN, just note V code,4-speed,painted top...looking at the paint on the trunk,door edge mouldings and wheelwell rust ? I think the match is there...love the car, must be a rare beast !!

I have a number dealer lists, some with more info than others - I do have:

that's an early dealer #, from what I've seen they would've been a dealership since the '40s - they appear to be gone by 1988

Maybe I'm missing something here but it looks like 2 entirely different tail panels on the same car...

One pic shows the dealer badge and what I assume to be a Bee...

The other tail panel has neither of those...

Maybe I'm just lost...

the earlier pic has the Bee emblem, the dealer decal and a good sized "DENT" above the "D" in DODGE

the later pic has a replaced panel in better condition w/o the BEE & dealer decal - SAME SUPER BEE

I remember this car from when it was in Baltimore, (1997) I was looking for something to hotrod so I passed(stupidly) on it. When I saw it, it was minus engine, but came with rechromed front bumpers. I went back for a second look later on, but it had already gone to Maine. IIRC the guy in Baltimore changed the tail panel for a nicer one, he may still have it, he's quite the hoarder.....sorry, collector.

Wow cool car! I had an FJ5 ramcharger 4spd and an FC7 White painted top. The FJ5 black top car looks really awesome!

Wow my car really made the rounds up the east coast! lol The tailpanel without the bee was on the car when I got it.
