And that wife has Huntingtons disease. She has been in nursing home for 4 years. Last tuesday things took a major turn for the worse and she was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. After a week of anti botics etc the doctors have determined there is nothing more they can do. She is being put on comfort care only and has only a few days left.

Oh my gosh it's so very sad what you are going through. I'm so sorry, and I hope you have something that brings you comfort, such as family close by. Despite just being a car forum, many of us have suffered terrible losses, so we really do care and are thinking about you.

i'm terribly sorry to hear tina is doing so poorly.. you both were at a lot of the shows i attended around here.
last time i talked with her was at kohl's i think, she was in a wheelchair, she still had her character. :-)
if she's still awake, please give her our best and thank her for her company at the shows.

We first met many years ago over '68 300 parts. You and Tina were gracious and kind, and though our paths have crossed only on this site in recent years, I've been thinking - and praying - for you both with each update. Your newest update is one we never wanted to read, and I wish you strength and eventual peace, and remember that you two have been blessed with each other.

They can never take your memories away. She will visit you often in your dreams, & one day you will join her. My dad called me a few nights ago in a dream: "Eric - it's Dad." I woke up right after & it is as though he had just actually spoke with me - it was amazing. His voice was strong & clear as a bell - just like he sounded back when he was healthy & strong. It was wonderful.
