Mopar Nationals Event License Plates

How many years did the Mopar Nationals offer an event license plate
with their goodie bag or just generally for sale ???
I have plates for 1992 , 1994 , 1997 , 1998 and 2000. Were their any
more years that plates were given away or sold ??
