New Dell Computer - Only happens on Moparts

Just got a new Dell Computer Windows 10, I like it a lot and it's real fast. The problem is with Moparts and only with Moparts, is it the computer or Moparts. I use ubbthreads-light and it has a nice light blue color and background on my older Dell Windows 10. The new Dell is completely different and it has a white background but when I go into each section the posts are now with a yellow background. What gives.
Any computer guys help is welcome

Wait - are you sure you are not experiencing this while on thehun?

Most of the background themes are from MUCH older ver of the board

So if your using anything other than the default you might get things looking strange or not working completely

I switched to default, a little better but I guess I will need to get accustomed with that. I don't like when they change things or update my computer.
It was working fine with Windows 10 on the older Computer. Did they change sometime on Windows 10 recently?

Odd as I also have a new Dell and the place looks the same as any computer I've ever used.
