1. Start with 6 ounces of Knob Creek Bourbon, pour slowly into glass and smell the rich aroma of the small batch

2. Add ice to taste (some folks do not add this ingredient due to issues with cold liquids)

3. Gently stir 2 or 3 times

Ok . . . take some medium spicey sausages, slice up into bacon width pieces, then wrap with bacon, bake in oven at 350 deg, for 45min . . . and enjoy with favorite drink !
