Almost there! Except for the Vent windows!

I'm ready to go and show, just have to hide the handle on the driver's side vent window. It fell off in my hand the other day when I tried to open it. It's the only place the pot metal (which is what it seems to be... is it?)seems to have given up.



HELP!

Any way to fix the little handle that opens and closes it? Do I have to get a whole new vent window? Did this vent window survive into the 80's on vans by any chance?
